Job description:2 bedroom house in West Didsbury. Internal work only, to turn stairs to create bigger bedroom space. Architects drawings complete and ready to be worked from. Looking for a builder to carry out work, preferrably late Feb early/mid March 2012. The work comprises turning an existing stair round (construction of new stair). Replacement of 2 boilers (heating/ hot water are currently separate) with new combi boiler. Taking out decorative fireplace. Replacement of existing front door and frame like for like with painted timber door with small glazed panels at high level.
