Job description:There are 4 rooms and a corridor, all about 2m high. Total area about 60 sq m. Most of the rooms have beams and the floorboards of the upper rooms showing through. We would like insulation and boarding installed to stop draughts. In two of the rooms there are copper pipes which run below the beams, which will need to be accommodated. The state of the rooms is reasonably good -- some slightly damp.
