Job description:Conversion of rear garage into a large ensuite bedroom extension with walk in wardrobe and building of new utility room and other work to front garage. Planning permission has been granted. A specification and schedule of works has been prepared by the architect. The work includes some external wall construction, new floors and reroofing, plus electrical, drainage, new doors and windows etc. We can forward the working drawing and specification and schedule of works. There is usually someone in during the day for a visit. We are ready for the work to be started.
