Fix sagging door . Remove gas pipe in Failsworth

Job description:two doors on the upstairs landing have sagged. I have removed the architrave and discovered that the lintel isn't connected properly! I need these making safe. I don't need any cosmetic work doing as I am decorating any way. The gas pipe was discovered in a location that used to have a gas meter in. I need this removing safely.
