Removal of brick outhouse, rebuilding garden walls and related works in Harpurhey

Job description:Large pitched roof outhouse in rear yard needs pulling down measures approx 2 meters by 3 meters and makes up part of the rear and side wall. Contains water and electric which will require removal. We would like the concrete base digging up and replacing with new top soil suitable for small lawn. Rear elevation approx 7ft high is rendered brick and requires supply and fit of lockable wooden gate to the alley Side walls to be replaced with part brick and part wooden fence panels. Old frame for side gate to also be removed and gap in a fence panel supplied and fitted. Would also like additional price to take up concrete front path and replace. Contractor to manage skip and remove all waste from site. payment on completion. Looking for reliable contractor who, as we and our neighbours have dogs we need someone who can replace the walls quickly once the outhouse has been removed.
