Job description:To demolish a one-storey bay at the front of an 1850s semi. It is subsiding and, having been built about 20 years ago, is not in keeping with the 'look' of the house. To rebuild the bay EXACTLY as per the adjoining semi's bay (an original bay as far as we can tell). Internally, to reconstruct coving into the bay, as per the rest of the room.
