Job description:I am moving into a new house and looking for the follow jobs to be quoted. 1. renovation of the bathroom: removal of a 3/4 bath, and replaced with a walk in shower or wetroom (price dependant). The floor and walls to be made good. 2. removal of a central heating boiler. to be replaced with a combi boiler. 3. plumbing in the utility room for a washing maching. This requires cold water supply and waste water outlet. 4.repair of the front garden fence with gate. 5. clearing of gutters and insertion of mesh gutter protector.
