Job description:kitchen extension. Tiled roof sloping, V (upside down shaped). French windows. To include small utility room for washing machine. One window to side. Some internal alterations to exsisting room i.e. original backdoor and one other door to be blocked in and new door created in the extension for access to utility room. Hall kitchen entrance to have shamfer (excuse spelling) to accomodate kitchen cupboards. Resiting of radiator(possibly 2) slightly altered plumbing to re-locate kitchen sink and washing machine. Possibly false ceiling to improve look of ceiling and to accomodate down lights to ceiling. Sorry, dimensions not accurate - extension to be roughly 8ft out into the garden and about 10ft in width. Extension to be located at the rear of the property. Other work would think would be engineers hole, slight drainage alterations, electrics.
