Single storey rear extension to create one big kitchen diner in Radcliffe

Job description:Want a single storey rear extension on a semi detatched house. Approx dimensions of extension are around 5m (entire width of back) by around 3m outwards. The downstairs at the rear is currently a pretty small dining room and a smallish kitchen and the idea is to have one huge extended kitchen diner, so theres an internal wall to knock through as well to make it into one new big room encompassing the 2 old rooms and the new extended space. Theres also a new kitchen to fit, possibly a boiler to move and floor to lay, etc, the usual kind of related jobs to finish the new kitchen diner. Thanks.
