I own a 2 bed terraced property which is in need of major refurb. in Radcliffe

Job description:I would be willing to vacate the property when works commence. The areas for improvement are 2nd Bedroom/New Bathroom/Landing/Stairs/Kitchen & Front room all require replastering. Flooring is uneven & will require re-cementing or alternative to level off. All walls/ceilings to be removed of old plaster & redone, new skirting throughout, new doors where appropriate/bathroom requires new suite with replumbing the sink. New Kitchen to be fitted. I would be hoping to have this work done next year, after February at least. I'm really unsure of costs, and may need to do work in two stages. Upstairs first then downstairs, but would rather do in one go. Would require tradesmen of all types - plumber/plasterer/tiler/joiner e.t.c
