Job description:The industrial unit is around 130 square meter(6.5mX20m), i want to add an office at the rear (6.4X4.8) the jobs are: 1) install new blockwork wall including lintel for doorway and install door to same wall 2) supply and install suspended ceiling to divide the unit approximately 4.8 meters from the back wall. including 200mm thick and fascia to front in plywood 3) Supply and install new partition ante room to form canteen including new door and casing and ironmongery, move sink and supply new base unit. Move door to toilet and board up opening left. Tape and fill ready for decoration measured else where. 4) New walls to be plasterboard and sealed joints dot and dab with skirting taped and filled ready for decoration. Supply and install skirtings to all perimeters emulsion to all walls, prepare undercoat and glos (paint in orange) 5) Provide 4 new power points and four new light switches 6) Remove all debris.
