Need a secure building 16x8ft in Urmston

Job description:Folks, I need a garage, I have dug a hole, I have done the shuttering but need hardcore concrete base and a garage on it. I seem to be unable to get around to it (to fudging busy). But I am running out of both time and money. As long as its secure (Needs one side door) and in reasonable nick then I dont care if its new or second hand but cheap is the key. Its about a 16' X 8' shed/garage. But like I say needs to be secure as it will have motorcycles stored in it. The budget given is a pure guess. Let us know
