Job description:Converting integral garage (20ft x 8ft 4"), into a room with UPVC diamond leaded window. Knocking new doorway through to hall, we will supply door. Two double sockets and extra light switch needed. Exterior bin cupboard bricking up which will become part of new room. Floor to ceiling cupboard building to cover consumer unit in garage. Remove large radiator in hall and replace with small radiator, we will supply. Reposition large radiator in new room. Plaster over walls in rear hallway (46" x 93"), and install double socket. Remove kitchen door and rehang onto doorframe into garage.
