Job description:1. Dining area - remove door panel & doors & refit in study area. Knock out walls if structurally possible. 2. Fit cooker hood in kitchen (Hood to be bought by owner) 3. Remove tiles on bath & fit a bath panel. (panel to be bought by owner) 4. Fit extractor fan in bathroom. 5. Replace roof tiles that are loose. 6. Build back & front step 7. All rubbish to be removed
