Job description:Our property is an end terrace just two minutes walk from the centre of mansfield. It has 4 levels which will be as follows. 1. Cellar: To be used as storage for files etc. 2. Ground Floor: To be developed into open plan office for our small busiess. 1st & 2nd Floor: To be converted into a 2 bedroom flat. Plans have been granted for this project with usual stipulations regarding fire and sound proofing between flat and offices and drawings and spec are available. The property currently has no gas meter and requires a full rewire. We would like to start this project at the end of February 2012. The cellar is not to be classed as part of this project. The ground floor offices are open plan with minimum changes but the exsisting kitchen is to be made into a small cloakroom come canteen area with a disabled toilet put in place. The office is to have seperate electric and gas supply with central heating etc. The two bedroom flat is more extensive in that it currently consists of 3 bedrooms, a landing, a toilet and seperate bathroom. The idea is to turn the back bedroom into the kitchen and knock through to the front bedroom to create an open plan kitchen/diner living space. The front bedroom is to be split to creat a single sized bedroom. The new living room and single bedroom will havetheir own light from the two existing windows at the front of the property. The batroom and toilet are to be knocked into one and a small storage area is to be created via stud walling where the bath currently sits. The new bathroom is to have bath, shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom is in the attic. Built in wardrobes are required for this room and the floor is bowed so that needs looking at. New banisters are required for both the landing and the attic bedroom as are hand rails. Lighting is to be provided by wall lighting through out the flat with exception to the kitchen which is to have spot lights. Also the stairs leading up to the flat are to have lights fitted into the steps. Again, central heating to be fitted. We would like whoever applies for this project to give quotes with options, as in we would like to be able to have a choice of colours, doors, handles, bathroom suite etc. We have already purchased a kitchen for this project.
