Job description:Take fireplace down to floor level, remove tiled "hearth" area all around, rebuild with set of cupboards/shelves Fit downstairs cloakroom. Potentially under stairs or maybe off kitchen (to be discussed) - New kitchen. - New wood flooring in main downstairs room - Some moving of electrics - Fit banisters to stairs (there are none!) - Build some fitted cupboards to 1 or 2 bedrooms upstairs - There may be some other stuff (including possibly a new boiler), but this should be a good starting point.
