Job description:I want an arch removing and a RSJ putting in to open up the space and enlarge kitchen - this is a supporting external wall. I need a window made smaller the one in at the moment hasn't got a lintel above it so needs addressing as cracks evident. I will need replacement PVC windows (possibly 3) and a rear door. The internals need to be skimmed and the floor made secure (it's been done but not to a high standard and I want it checking (original soil/clay excavated and suspended flooring installed). I need pointing work as the kitchen extension exterior mortar is not good. I will need some plastering works also.
