Job description:needs plans drawing up and planning permision. council have already inspected and said foundations are fine just may need reinforcining in one area of existing extension. would require plumbing and electrics to extension to hopefully be the length of existing house roughly 35 feet and approx 10 feet wide. it would be being turned into an onsuite bedroom and we would require bathroom fitted and walls plastered as well as electrics running to the extension
