Job description:Conservatory floor has sunk couple of inches - looking to have it fixed (internal foundation sinking?). Laminate on top of wooden boards - roughly 4m x4m Plus one small bedroom has an en-suite shower room attached and want to have this removed and made into one bigger room. Involves removing part of stud wall, removing wc, sink, radiator and shower cabinet then replastering. Not sure of budget but had to click on something!
