Job description:Small, old, one bed terrace house. Construct new timber staircase with new opening. Remove existing stair and board out old landing area. Reinstate filled in existing stairway to cellar (some rubble to remove). Brick new arch to cellar window/vent. Fit new exterior doorway to replace existing window. Reinstate old fireplace. Move interior studwall, maybe some plumbing/electrical work. Plus other work as nec.
