Job description:removal of brick outhouse to build single storey apex roof, kitchen diner brick extension. (reuse as many of the reclaimed bricks as possible) roughly 18metres squared. to include 2 velux roof windows, 1 x wall window, and double doors to outside. + brick garage with ajoining door - also apex roof, lowering of curb and laying of block brick driveway. work to include fitting of new kitchen suite and new upstairs bathroom - altering external drainage accordingly.and inside finish (including any tiling required)
