Brick cupboard windows and rendering repairs, to take a look at the cavity ties and DPC. Rainwater pipe need end installed, remove back boiler and install new combi, replace living room gas fire relevant certificates required. Electrics checked and signed off. Build stud wall and hang doors for an upstairs shower room, with basin and toilet will need to connect to soil pipe and pipe work installed to outside drain, outside of building.
