Job description:my floor is sagging & neighbour below has bowed ceiling - believe to be caused by inadequate drainage causing rain water to run down from roof & find it's way into small gap in concrete ledge outside property. the ledge needs repairing, the roof drainage needs sorting and our damaged floor/ceiling needs repairing.
