Job description:Make alterations to factory office space. Construct one stud wall with fire door, 5m wide by 2.5m high, Create a kitchen space, 2 walls + install kitchen units incl. plumbing 2m by 2m, 2 walls to be built as it is in a corner, build one stud wall with door 3m by 2m. renove concrete block wall 4m by 2.5m, not structural and insert support lintel. remove old kitchen, 2 stud walls 2m by 2.5 m incl internal cupboards and make good.
