Job description:The extension is small so our planner tells us that planning permission is probably not required. It is a single storey small extension to the side of the house but does require quite deep foundations. Partial coversion of garage into a utility room is basically construction of partition wall, putting in doorway, plumbing for toilet / handbasin and washing machine, new roof (currently flat roof but this this will be raised and will be sloping.Also new floor to be laid in utility room.
