Job description:Extensions to 3 bed semi in heaton. On existing garage build new bedroom, on new bedroom build in access via stairs. Downstairs existing front room remains the same. Back of the house will be knocked through. Kitche will be extended out to side by approx 10 foot. Whole back of the house will then be extened out via a new 'glass box' extension, for which foundations will be needed. Glass wall will be sourced from another company. Kitchen will be rebuilt. Possibility of downstairs bathroom added at back of house between kitchen extension and existing back of garage wall, which would need to be knoced through. Architect plans will be provided for build
