Job description:I want to put a wall in the living room to convert it to another bedroom. The wall is approx 5.1m long. I would like to keep the original wooden floor. The property is a flat situated in Waterloo Street, Newcastle. My status is a future home-owner. An offer has been accepted and the paperwork and mortgage should be completed in a month time. I should get the key by mid September and I would like the work to commence as soon as I have the key.
