Job description:back yard is concrete and is split and breaking up, land drainage runs water down this concrete and is now starting to make bottom / outside of kitchen wall turn green and internaly cupboards are stating to go black, need concrete and drainage looked at. Also as disabled, need concrete steps repointed and hand rail extended
