Job description:Flat roofed single car garage (roof is sound) needs retrofitting as a self-contained office that includes a w.c. (potentially with a macerator waste) between the small waiting area and the office. Additionally, I will need a separate sink in the office area. The garage door will need to be replaced with a wall with plenty of windows as well as a wheelchair accessible door. On the other side of the garage, a door from the main part of the house will need to be fitted (through a coat cupboard). The main house central heating can be used if possible plumbing wise for the heating.
