Job description:We have a covered, narrow porch-like structure that has been built between the wall of the house and the garage wall and which has a perspex roof. It is used for storing household utensils and as our cat's bedroom! We want to extend this structure by 1.5 metres (we have checked and this does not need planning permission) and to lay a proper concrete floor to replace the chipboard that has rotted away. There are two existing doors which are adequate but the door frame and concrete doorstep at one end need attention/replacing.
