Dining room wall in College

Needed: Builder in College, TQ12

Job description:There is a damp area of a rear facing wall. The damp patch is confined to an area approx 5X5ft and is plasterboard(I think). I believe a garden partition that is connected to this wall has no damp proofing and this is responsible. I do not know what needs to be done to fix it but would appreciate someone coming over to give me an estimate. Thankyou Tim.
