Job description:I am looking to out an offer on a house in South Devon. The gound floor has potential to be converted into a self contained annexe. It currently consists of a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a small study. I would like to turn the small study into a bathroom, put a kitchenette into the large bedroom and havea door put in so the annexe can be accessed independently.
