Job description:extension of exsisting kitchen, bedroom and lounge about 12' to the rear approx 32' wide and approx 7' to the side approx 28' long. also ensuite shower/ toilet in the exsisting bedroom. plans are being done by a qualified architect. the job will also entail dismantling and reassembly of an exsisting conservatory and also demiolition of an inferior small 1970's extension at the side of the property
