Job description:3 downstairs rooms of victorian house to have skirtings and plaster removed up to at at least a metre on internal and external walls. this will involve taking out the kitchen which will need re-fitting after. also taking up carpets which will need re-fitting. Damp proof render etc to be applied to walls to damp proof house. walls plastered, new skirtings attached . Kitchen to be refitted afterwards
