Job description:We would like the kitchen extended into the side return (1.5 metres approx) and single storey of about 3 metres approx to the rear of the property to create one large kitchen/living space. We only require the foundations and shell as we will arrange our own tradesmen for other aspects. Side return to have velux windows (3or4) and the entire back wall to be folding glass doors which we shall arrange separately.
