Job description:Due to recent damage after heaving rain, i believe either my chimney stack needs attention, repairs to the mortar on the lead flashing and maybe some alteration to the guttering as the neighbouring property is currently sharing my drain pipe, this is plastic guttering. Some or all of these external works maybe required to ensure water tight. Also need internal bedroom ceiling overboarding and skimming with plaster and coat of emulsion.
