Job description:Part one: Kitchen, bathroom and utility need taking down and turning into one room. RSJ needs installing above the rear door to support an extension above. Several rooms require replastering and plumbing needs checking. Patio needs removing and decking installing. Toilet needs to be installed in garage. Some external joists require checking for wood worm and rectifying were required. Part Two: Two storey extension above the garage. Front first floor bedroom extended into extension. New master with en suite. In attic new flight of stairs into attic with removal of old set. Two new bedrooms and possible shower room.
