Build part stud wall between rooms,put new door with lock from hallway,move radiator in St David

Job description:Build stud wall between living/dining room within an existing double sized existing (sliding) door frame. A single radiator (600*1800) will need to be replaced with a smaller double (600*1000) which has already been purchased from Screwfix with TGV. (See separate job post for this part of the job). A double Power Socket and probably cabling will need to be repositioned or removed to allow the installation of a new standard door and frame. The new access door will require the usual furniture and a door lock (5 level mortice). Skirting and Picture Rail will need to be made good and fit in with the new door. The new door will be positioned as close to the corner of the living room as possible with access to the hall. Both Hall and Living Room have Parquet flooring
