Job description:Dorma extention to bedroom adding existing eves floorspace to the bedroom. Approximately 3.5m wide and 1.5m deep with a flat roof, one window and external finish felt shingles/tiles or vertical tiles (to be confirmed). There is a small amount of electrical work and plumbing, with new internal walls to be plaster finished. I have plans drawn up and lawful development certificate on the way.
