Job description:Remove and replace kitchen fittings with new. Remove and replace bath with shower cubicle. Remove old lino in kitchen, bathroom and lobby and replace with new. Electrics, plumbing, tiling and redecorating as needed. There is the possibility of also replacing the kitchen next door. These are very small Victorian, terrace houses, with tenants.
