Job description:I have just bought a Beach Chalet of non standard construction, and need to open plan the interior, plus put a full length window in one room and fit a toilet (maserating) in the 2nd bathroom. We need equivalent Velux windows in central area (roof not heavy enough to support Velux). We need several ceiling to be skimmed (they have artex). So there extensive work needed and a realistic budget. We have had a quote and were very happy with the builder but he`s overstretched and we need the work to commence at the beginning of November. I live in London but the property is in Norfolk. I complete on the property on 31st October. It will be a Holiday let property.

Budget:Under £15,000
