Job description:The barn (circa 1800) probably needs pulling down. We'd like to construct a detached annex (open plan ground floor) with a mezzanine bedrrom area at the top. I am concerned about the existing foundations (if any!) and would consider moving the strucutre so it faces a different way to facilitate more parking.
