Job description:A fourth bedroom to be built over attached garage. (Garage is currently only single skin). Bathroom over existing toy room attached to fourth bedroom. (We believe footings are deeper enough to allow us to build on top) We need the shell and roof. We will do inside work, ie, plaster boards, electrics, plumming.
