Job description:Plans need to be drawn up. An extension to be built (would like quotes on standard brick built, orangery and conservatory extension options). L shaped extension 3m x 3m on short side of L and 3m x 5.5m on other side of L shape. Do not have planning permission yet, however on speaking to the Council they stipulate that it should be approved.
