Job description:Demolish internal walls in terrace kitchen /outside toilet etc (3m by 5 m.)Provide new drains outside to link with drains in shared passageway. Knock through from kitchen into yard and from yard into dining room. Build 3m square pitched roof extension in this space with french windows. Turn understair/passageway area into shower room with toilet and washbasin . Fit new kitchen, cupboards, relay floors, ceilings, electrics and reposition combi gas boiler. Repave yard area (3 by 4 m) and rebuild retaining walls to garden (4m by 2m).
