Job description:The property is a cottage built aprox 1800. Originally 2 up/2 down now extended to 3 bedrooms upstairs. The cottage only has one staircase which leads into the first bedroom. I would like an additional staircase so that the other bedrooms can be accessed individually. Also on the existing extension (kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 3rd bedroom upstairs) there is a sloping roof into which I would like a dormer to take a toilet and shower if space permits.
