Job description:1.lead flashing needed on chimney stack. 2.cement render on outside wall cracked and coming away in places needs replacement/repair. 3.various carpentry jobs-rotten sill and door frame(conservatory) ditto parts of barge-boards and joist ends on outbuilding. 4.chipboard floor in bedroom giving way in places repair /replacement. 5.fire proof partition needed in loft.
