We would like to extend the rear right hand room into a longer sitting/dining room 7.32m deep x 4.45m wide with a structural steel beam to support, with a new side window and french doors to rear garden. The next room to the left of this is the kitchen 3.7m x 2.6m with window to rear. The side extension incorporates the utility room with side window and rear door, also incorporates part of bathroom with side window, en-suite with side window and door leading into 1st bedroom. New drains required to connect to manhole in rear garden.Construction to be in blockwork and render. Rest of bungalow to be rendered. Internal walls to be studwork and plasterboard construction. Plumbing and electrics required to new parts. Pitch roof to blend in with existing roofline with matching slates. Side extension to have a flat roof.
