Job description:Bungalow alrady extended into the roof with a hip roof to the right hand side. The house has a L shaped recese at the front right side and it is this area that is to be developed with a single storey extension. The building requires two extenal walls ( front and side). A pitched roof that will join the hip roof and a double glazed doble window at the front. There is a need to create a door way through and existing structural wall to allow entry into the main house. The roof will need a medium sized velux window putting in it. Inside I need it plastering. The floor tiled andtwo double electric sockets. Plumbing and waste for a sink and washing machine.
