Job description:There is a dumpness problem in one of my rental properties in Norwich. This is identified because the walls are very dump in the toilet and separate bathroom. I have had a builder look at this before but has only covered the issue with new paint and tiles rather than fix the underlying cause of it. The dampness has now appeared on 2nd floor as well directly above the bathroom. As I don't know what needs doing and what the cause of this is I need somebody to investigate the reason for this and fix it and then make good the walls/tiles.
